Hi I am a 4H advisor for Henry County Hoof Beats in Napoleon Ohio. We are doing a Need For Speed Fundraiser Show April 20-21, 2018 at WB ranch in Swanton Ohio. We are working on our goal of $2000 added money. We would like to be a Best of the best qualifier. Is it possible for us to participate in best of the best and On the Road? I attempted to open the 2018 show request form and it would not allow me.
