EVERYONE Please read through the rules to see if any of these pertain to you and the classes you entered. All changes/Updates for Entries i.e. Rider Substitution, Horse Substitution etc. please know this needs to be done at the show office by 9 PM the night before the class. Please do not email, message or call as we will not have a paper trail to ensure the best route to correctness. Of course if there are issues and you can not make it we will do our best to get you taken care of.

ROYALE 2D YOUTH SLOT RACE (1 Sec Split) LIMITED TO 25 HORSES
This is a 2D (1 sec split) YOUTH 18 and under as of August 1 2016
You can run the Youth Slot Race and roll your time to the Sat Open or you can run 2 times.
2D 4 YR OLD BFA Futurity (reminder for all the newbies)
This is 2 goes and an Average payout
It is paid out via BFA Rules
Saturday is the First Go Sunday is the 2nd Go
The Goes are paid in 2D format
Average is Paid straight down
ECSIF 2D Slot Race Rules (1 Sec Split) LIMITED TO 25 HORSES
Your horse must be an ECSIF stallion or offspring of a Registered 2017 ECSIF Stallion. You can find this list as of Jan 1 2017 at http://www.ecsif.com
You must show your papers with your pre entry form or at the show office if entering at the show.
You can enter both the Open and the ECSIF Slot Race and roll your time from the ECSIF Slot Race to The Open Slot Race as well as rolling to The Sat Open
You can run The Futurity and roll to The Slot Race(s) and The Open if you choose
We will pay 80% of entry fees back to the winners in a 2D format places will depend on entries This is a 1 sec split race
OPEN Slot Race LIMITED TO 25 HORSES
You can enter both the Open and the ECSIF Slot Race and roll from the ECSIF Slot Race to The Open Slot Race as well as rolling to The Sat Open
You can run The Futurity and roll to The Slot Race(s) and The Open if you choose

PANTY STATUS Sidepots
Big Panties Sidepot is for any Futurity Rider who has won over $3000 of Panty Raid Futurity money since the 1st Panty Raid
Lil’ Panties Sidepot is for any Futurity Rider who has won under $2999 of Panty Raid Futurity money since the 1st Panty Raid
It will pay as a 2D in the Average We will take both goes of the Futurity and add them then divide by 2 and then calculate the winners on a 2D basis from these times
2D DERBY and 5 YR OLD
These classes run off of the Friday and the Saturday Opens
It is the 2 goes and an Average
The Average is calculated by adding times together dividing by 2 and determining the 2D winners from those time
5 YR old Futurity eligible horses are ones that have not ran for money the end of their 4 yr old year as of Dec 1 of that year.
Derby is any horse that is 5 or 6 years old
You can run either the 5 YR OLD Futurity or the Derby Not Both
These are paid off of Saturday Open times unless otherwise stated
These are paid off of the Average of the Futurity each one may calculate the Average times differently. Please see incentive directly for these payouts ECSIF will go by BFA Rules on knocked barrels that will be a 5 sec penalty added to time. Off pattern is a no time.
KISS pays off of the Saturday Run of the Futurity
Early Arrivals to our shows (Wed Night) will always be at an additional charge. $18.00 per stall or an additional days Tie Out Fee and $33 a night for Electric – UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED AT TIME OF SHOW
Shootout Details – We will take the Top 15 to 20 horses, depending on number entries, from each division of each go. This will determine the number of horses running in the finals. You will run in the highest division you and your horse qualified in. If there are duplicate qualifiers for both goes we will drop down to the next rider. Remember you are running against your division not the entire finalist list. (this is for The Royale)
IBRA Side Pot – Class Age Rules Youth Class Youth age is 18 and under and is determined based upon your age on the first day of the season. Points will be awarded on a 3-D basis during the regular season but will payout as a 4D at the National Finals. If a show series or saddle club has different standards for Youth class it may payout under its standards but it will be pointed via IBRA Rules. Approved shows that are not part of a series or separate club will assume IBRA standards for youth age. Masters Class Masters age is 40 and over and is determined based upon your age on the first day of the season. Points will be awarded on a 3-D basis during the regular season but will payout as a 4D at the National Finals. If a show series or saddle club has different standards for Masters class it may payout under its standards but it will be pointed via IBRA Rules. Approved shows that are not part of a series or separate club will assume IBRA standards for Masters age. Adult Class Adult age is 19-39 and is determined based upon your age on the first day of the season. Points will be awarded on a 3-D basis during the regular season but will payout as a 4D at the National Finals. If a show series or saddle club has different standards for Adult class it may payout under its standards but it will be pointed via IBRA Rules. Approved shows that are not part of a series or separate club will assume IBRA standards for Adult age.
NBHA AGE RULES Youth Class Age 18 or under as of Jan 1 of the current running year. Senior Class Age 50 and over as of Jan 1 of the current running year.
ROADIE AGES RULES – Juvenile (Youth) 18 and under Tweener 19-49 and Vintage 50 and over. All ages are as of Jan 1, 20xx of the current running year EX 2016-2017 would be as of Jan 1, 2016 as that is the year the Roadies Year in this case Aug 27, 2016 through July 31, 2017
ECSIF, PBRIP and KISS Sidepots always run with Saturday Open Barrels unless otherwise stated
50K SIDEPOT WILL BE PAID OUT IN FULL WITH 400 OR MORE HORSES ENTERED anything under 400 entries we will pay back 100% of entry sidepot fees in a 5D format. Number of places will vary on number of entries.
100% of added money and % noted on the showbill of remaining entry fees will be paid back to contestant in all classes. Payment for classes will not be given out if your account is not paid or has open check. $50 fee for NSF checks.
All checks will be mailed no later than 20 days after the show with the exception of classes that are posted on at the show office. We require a W9 on file for all contestants before checks can be mailed. They can be completed at the show. If we do not have your social security number on file we can not send you your winnings.

A Negative Coggins is required for all out of state horses as well as an updated CVI (Health Papers). – This is the riders responsibility to obtain and have present if ask to present. This is a state wide equine traveling rule and is 100% the riders responsibility to obtain if ask to be seen by a health official. Should you not have this you will be ask to leave the grounds.

Once the draws are assigned and posted at the show there will be no changes to the running order – Horse substitutions are allowed until Thursday Night at 9 PM the week of the show. There will be no switching draws for different horses. You can do a rider substitution until Thursday Night at 9 PM the week of the show. Any changes after 9 PM on Thursday will result in a $30 charge per change.

NBHA, IBRA, BFA and NPBA fees included in entry fees for approved classes will be taken out before processing payout
Dress Code Dress Code is Western Hat, Jeans, Boots, Long Sleeved (does not have to be collared) Shirt Helmets are encouraged but not required.
2D and 3D classes are full sec splits. 4D classes are ½, 1, 2-sec splits. 5D classes are 1/2 second splits. Pee Wee – 10 and under , Youth is 18 & under, Masters is over 40 and Senior is 50 & over as of Jan. 1, 20xx. (of the current year) These are according to any sectioned associations – Non sanctioned classes will be posted on flyer –
Showbill subject to change at any time and will have a revised date.
Pee Wee Riders age is 10 and under as of Jan 1 of running year. They can enter other classes as well. Your child can NOT enter the Pee Wee Class if they have ever placed in the 1st or 2nd Division Top 5 of an Open 4D IBRA or NBHA show. We are sure everyone will use their head as to weather their child is a Pee Wee or a Youth Rider. We love seeing the kids run lets make it great for them and lets make it great for the future. The same horse can be rode by pee wee rides that are in the same immediate family. (sisters or brothers – no long lost cousins, no like a kid to me, just brother and sisters)
Futurity will have 2 go-rounds Reverse Order 2nd Go – 30% of monies per go, 40% to the average. Futurity payback will be made on Sunday, only, 60 minutes after the class. Total time of both go-rounds determines winner.
BFA rules apply to 4YR old futurity – remember forward motion can not be stopped or you will be disqualified
What will get you a FINE at the show
60 second time limit on Exhibitions. $50 fine if over
Circling Barrel more than one time. You are allowed your time in the arena but be courteous to the next rider. There will be a $50.00 fine if circling the barrel more than one time.
Stopping Forward Motion – $50.00 fine REMEMBER once you enter the gate to run you have to continue forward motion! You can circle outside the chute but must continue forward motion once you enter.
No moneys will be paid out to anyone with open fines
You must check in at the Gate and be in Holding pen – You will be called 3 times then scratched without a return of entry fee. Please be ready to ride 🙂
MUST BE IN WARM UP PEN 10 HORSES BEFORE YOU RUN
Warm Up is considered outside in the covered arena or in the outdoor open arena
Use common sense in the holding pen if you are warming up please this area is not for running your horse around or exercising a training lesson
Payout will be in the form of a check. We will require a social security number for payout – this will be securely kept – if no SS/W9 is given with in 30 days from the end of the show the winnings will remain the show committees
We reserve the right to tell anyone to hit the road if they are an idiot. We reserve the right and have the right to ask anyone to leave the grounds. This is in place the entire time we have the grounds leased.
Your electric must be paid prior to hook up for it is not you will be billed double the amount after the show and you will be made fun of on Facebook.
Target Saddle winner is the person with the closest time in their Target class – If Rider A runs a 15.550 in the Friday Open and a 15.552 in the Saturday Open and Rider B runs a 17.560 in the Friday Open and a 17.561 in the Saturday Open rider B wins the saddle. Knocks don’t count.
THE 3 SHOW GO IS BACK this year with more chances to win – RULES ARE SIMPLE: You go
to 3 of our shows- we will take the best 2 times from your Saturday Open runs and pay on the average (add 2 times together and divide by 2). It will pay $600 for each division (5D format). It will pay Top 3 places $300 $200 $100.
Stalls Request: If you want stalls grouped together, please send all forms in together. If you have a stallion or special need, please write this information on the stall form and if you need anything else or you need us to know anything else please call us at 330 592 5745
Stall reservations must be pre-paid in order to ensure you have a stall – you can get a stall the day of show if available
Drawing Out/Refunds: A refund for Class entry fees, and RV fees will be granted to qualifying contestants for any reason as long as it is done 10 full business days before the start of the show Reserved Stalls are non refundable. (less a 25% service charge and any office fees or target class fees) Stalls can only be refunded if they are sold back to us for the waiting list people. This draw out must come by US MAIL with the postmark of 10 full days before the start of the show.

No refunds will be given for Futurity Entries nor the 50K Sidepot at the Rebel Soule, all others entries will be processed as usual and according to the above rules. Refunds will be sent out after the show and no sooner than 3 weeks from the shows end date.
Should any show be cancelled refunds will be issued. Should any show be reschedule we will not issue a refund and the draw out and stall rules will apply as stated on this page.

If you have a question or complaint you must bring $50 to the office or a 6 pack of beer for the office staff. If we determine it is a stewpit question, you will owe both.
Substitutions: Horse or rider substitutions can be made prior to draw being posted. After draws are posted NO changes NONE! This must be done on a form for the office to substitute. You can not sell your entry – You can only do substitutions otherwise it is a scratch.
