This year Team Marley will not only benefit from everyone’s generosity but there is another group that will as well. We will be sending a portion of the money raised to The Evan Charles People Memorial Scholarship Fund.

October of 2013 would change the lives of many in the community of Falmouth, Kentucky. Evan Charles Peoples, son, brother and grandson would leave this world so unexpectedly and certainly to soon, but in his name, his family has a mission. Not just a mission to bring awareness but a mission to give other children a chance at a better future through education.
From The Evan Peoples Memorial Page “Our mission is to bring Suicide Awareness to the forefront and to help people understand that not all people who commit Suicide experience or exhibit the traditional 15-20 warning signs. We are willing to bring Evan’s Story and the What is presentation that we have put together to any community group, private company, church or counseling organization that is willing in order to help other people understand suicide and provide those tools necessary.”
Not only are we wanting to bring awareness to a very real problem but we want to give back in Evan’s Memory and on behalf of Team Marley and everyone who touches this show, we are proud to give a portion of the money raised to The Evan Charles Peoples Memorial Scholarship Fund.
From Craig – Evan’s Father – Through the Pendleton County Education Foundation we have established a scholarship in Evans memory. With this being his senior class we are able to provide two $ 1,000 scholarships to one male and one female graduating senior who meet the application requirements, since Evan was going into law enforcement seniors going into this profession or a Civil Service job will get first priority. As donations allow this scholarship will continue on an annual basis.
We hope that the Wing Fest and the Team Marley Auction will bring great things to both of these causes. If you have anything that you can donate for the auction please contact us and let us know. Thank you Again.
