If you do not want to sign up on line you can print the forms and mail in your payment. Print forms at FUTURITY SIGN UP PRINTABLE FORMS
Please note you will have to complete an Entry Form for your Futurity horse as well when you sign up for The Panty Raid Classes. When signing up for The Panty Raid you will then add all your Sidepots and rollovers for your Futurity horse. The above link ON LINE is simply a payment option for the Futurity payments. THE ENTIRE ON LINE ENTRY FORM will be up next week sometime.
1st Payment $150 due Jan 20 2017 either entered on line by this date or postmarked.
2nd Payment $150 due Feb 20 2017 either entered on line by this date or postmarked.
3rd Payment $130 due Mar 20 2017 either entered on line by this date or postmarked.
Remember any missed payment adds a $50 late fee.
