- State where you qualified
Michigan
- Name of Arena where you qualified
Otsego County Fairgrounds
- What was your placing
2nd
- How many times have you qualified for the best of the best or are you a first timer?
This is my first qualification for the BOTB.
- Tell us about the arena where you qualified – producers, ground, size of pen?
The Otsego County Fairgrounds is located in Gaylord Michigan is an average size outdoor arena. The show was the 3rd Annual Stars and Stripes Barrel Bash.
- What has been your biggest win as a rider so far?
It may not have been a ‘win’ but Rae and I were 3rd in the 2D at the 2018 Panty Raid Futurity Saturday Open. Rae has always been a close 2nd at shows, but we have never actually reached the win status.
- Who is the one person that made you the rider you are today?
My parents. It isn’t often that one gets to say they compete with their mom, dad, and grandma (who will be 80 next month!) in the sport of barrel racing. It is definitely something we love to do as a family and I wouldn’t be where I am today without them.
Jessica Sullivan and BJS Rakin Extreme are hoping to rake in the dough at the BOTB
