Shaving are available at the show or you can bring your own
All flooring is cement
There will be concessions on the grounds.

ALL SHOW OFFICE HOURS WILL BE POSTED ON THE SHOW OFFICE DOOR, LOCATED IN THE GILLIGAN ON THE GREEN WALL – BOTB AUG 25-29, 2021
WEDNESDAY AUG 25 – OFFICE WILL BE OPEN AT 4 PM UNTIL 10 PM FOR WEEKEND ENTRIES – THURSDAY AM POLE ENTRIES WILL CLOSE AT 10 PM
THURSDAY AUGUST 26 – ENTRIES WILL BE OPEN 11 AM – 7 PM
THURSDAY PM POLE ENTRIES NEED TO BE IN BY 4 PM THURSDAY OR BEFORE
Entries will be taken for FRIDAY CLASSES until THURSDAY AT 7 PM – If you can not be there to enter, have a friend enter and pay then, you can pay them. WE WILL NOT TAKE ENTRIES AFTER 7 PM or on FRIDAY MORNING FOR FRIDAY CLASSES!
FRIDAY AUG 27 – ENTRIES WILL BE OPEN 11 AM – 3 PM – Entries will be taken for SATURDAY AND SUNDAY CLASSES until FRIDAY AT 3 PM – If you can not be there to enter, have a friend enter and pay then, you can pay them. WE WILL NOT TAKE ENTRIES AFTER 3 FRIDAY or on SATURDAY OR SUNDAY MORNING FOR SATURDAY OR SUNDAY CLASSES.

There are no TIE OUTS you must get a stall to attend the show
The Camping will be sold at the gate when you arrive. Even if you run a generator you will have to pay for camping – it includes hook ups CAMPING IS $35 a NIGHT
Camping will be right a crossed the street from the barn – You will NOT be able to park like you have at Congress. There will be signs and maps to direct you

As of today – The IBRA State Show in Lewisburg Ohio is the last show to get qualified for the BOTB SLOT Races all other Races are Open and anyone can enter.
There is $10,000 added Fri and Sat to the Open Races plus sidepots to enter. Est payout is over $100,000 for the weekend.
Payout will be at the show for Thursday, Friday and Saturday – Each payout will be available the following day or you can have someone pick you your winnings or you can leave your PayPal address for your winnings – we will NOT be mailing checks. Sunday’s winnings along with any that were NOT picked up will be sent PayPal within the following week. If you do not have PayPal please leave your address at the office.
There will be police and security present but please remember where you are and aware of your surroundings. OTR, IBRA, NPBA, OEC, TRUMP, HARRIS even NANCY P isn’t responsible for loss, theft or anything that may happen out of our control.
You will be able to enter at the show for Open Classes until 2 PM August 26, 2021 On Line Entries will close August 17th Midnight.
No refunds will be given for any reason. Horse and or rider (not both) substitution is an option for Open Races and sidepots. This substitution must be done the night before the race you are wanting to change. NO SUBSTITUTIONS for the SLOT RACES unless they are a QUALIFED HORSE with you as the RIDER. The Qualifying Teams are who must run.
Each Rider can Qualify 2 horses and run 2 horses in their perspective SLOT RACE. If you enter the YOUTH SLOT RACE you can NOT enter the PEE WEE SLOT Race. IF you enter the OPEN SLOT RACE you can not enter the YOUTH SLOT RACE unless you have an additional qualifying horse. The same team can not run in the OPEN and YOUTH SLOT RACES
Dress Code – Long sleeves, jeans, western boots, hat or helmet. OR you can purchase a BOTB T shirt from DT Performance Designs and wear it and or a BOTB ball hat from DT Performance Designs they will be set up at the show for all your clothing needs.

There is $25,000 Future Fortune Money at the show that runs with Saturdays Open – Remember you need to have your FF paperwork and a copy of your horses papers with you before the Open Starts on Saturday – which means get them to us on Friday. Please bring a copy of your papers – you can not EMAIL TXT or Smoke Signal them to us

We will not be taking any exhibition only horses for people who do not enter. Please note this. example – you can bring an extra horse to expo as long as you are entering another horse in Open or Slot Classes. Again all horses need stalls.
The Best of the Best will run in the same arena as the Congress with the same ground and the same lasers etc.
Whatever name the exhibitions are under will be the name called at the show in that time frame

After several calls, text and messages please note – There will be a PEE WEE Qualifying Race for all NON QUALIFIERS – The Top 10 will advance to the SLOT RACE Saturday night – we will have details up soon.
Pee Wee, Youth and Open SLOT RACE entries and FNL Entries can roll their time to the OPENs When you enter on line it will give you this option Make sure to enter the Open if you are rolling.
Coggins and Health Papers are required and will be checked at stall check in – In state (Ohio) do not need HP

Remember if you did not purchase your stalls and only reserved them the first time – you do not have Stalls for the BOTB! Please note you must have a stall for every horse you bring on the grounds. If you do not have a stall for a horse – OEC will ask you to leave the grounds with all horses and you will not be able to return for the weekend. You will forfeit all money for stalls and entries. As we noted before on the BOTB info page Health papers and Coggins will be check at the time of stall check in. Please make sure that you purchased your Stalls and didn’t just reserve them (check your bank / PayPal accounts to be certain) -purchase deadline is tomorrow.
