This is Alexia Mularz’s first time qualifying, and her little farm now revolves around this mare — two of her babies on the ground and a recip carrying another, the start of a breeding program built around her.
Alexia wasn’t born into a horse family, but her parents always found a way to make it work when she showed interest. Her late father left her the gift of starting that breeding program, and she says it’s incredibly special to think how proud he would be to see it come to life.
Her definition of a win says everything: “They say if you’re riding a horse you love, you’ve already won — and I’m incredibly blessed that I get to win every day with her.”
