Heather Palmer and Cowboy are no stranger to the winners circle. Cowboy is a special horse not only can he take Heather to the winners circle he takes care of Heathers son, Carson as well. 
The BOTB last year brought this team to a 5th place finish. They had a run later in the weekend that was the fastest time of the show, she is hoping for some reverse action in 2014 to bring home the title of the Best of the Best.

When and Where did you qualify for the BOTB? The Race was on Nov 2, 2013 and held at Springfield
What are the bloodlines of your horse? Cowboys sire is TNT MONEY BARS by ON THE MONEY RED bottom side is ZIONS SUN LADY by ZION SUN KING
Can you name one or more people who inspire your riding? Jesus
What is your best memory of you and your horse as a team? Last year’s BOTB, Cowboy and I ran the fastest time of the weekend on Sunday by almost 2 tenths making that the second year in a row he managed the fastest time of the weekend at BOTB. I hate that sounds big headed, but that’s not how I mean it…just answering the question, I know I’m very fortunate to get to have a horse like him:) Editors Note: You should be proud to have him and to have these memories – they are just the facts!
What is your favorite arena and why is it the one you like the most? Springfield because Cowboy does well there, it’s all under one roof and climate controlled!
How long have you had the horse you qualified on? Since January of 2012
Do you have a favorite song you like to hear before you enter the alley way to make a run?Cowgirl Don’t Cry because that’s what my dad said not long before he passed. …it makes me feel like my dad is there with me.
