Denise Evans is a familiar face at the Best of the Best, with multiple qualifications on Lightningrollinstone, Jewels Casanova, and Designed Fer Speed — and a BOTB barrel and pole championship in the same year to her name. Now she and her family are raising babies out of the mares they competed on themselves, and there’s nothing more special to them than running the next generation.
She’s quick to give credit: Travis Smith behind the scenes doing all the prep work with the colts, and her parents for raising her in a horse environment.
