Star has a goofy personality — until it’s time to run, and then she gets very serious about her job. That’s Sadie DeJonge’s favorite thing about her.
This is Sadie’s first time qualifying, and the run that got her here is the same one she names as her biggest win: making a 1D run to punch her ticket to the Best of the Best. Three horses live at home with her family. Her mom is the one who made her the rider she is, and a pony named Rascal is the horse who did.
